If you are looking for an unforgettable experience of dining by the sea and in front of the vulcano,

that’s the right place for you!  

 

Location:

You will be dining on a penthouse terrace on the top of a typical  Sicilian house,   the oldest house built by coast of  Ognina’s Marina. In front of you pointing south you will be amazed by  beauty of the moon reflected on the sea, as  big mama Etna lulls  you  from the back pointing north. 

 

Menu:

It’s a full on Sicilian fish menu!

From start to finish you will taste typical Sicilian fish cooked with love respecting the traditions and looking at innovation. 

 

Rules:

Given by the possibility of the home kitchen there are some rules to follow.  

Booking is allowed from a minimum of 2  to a maximum of 6 people. 

You can create your favorite menu from a wide selection of dishes. 

The chosen menu has to be te same for all guests.

Fresh Fish baked in smoked salt crust 

(Depending on the catch of the day:

Sea bass or Sea bream or Croaker) 

 

Grilled Tuna Steak slightly smoked and served whit cherry tomatoes marmellate, fresh mint, olive oil topped, and Maldon  salt 

 

Swordfish cake in breadcrumbs thyme and parsley, topped with cherry tomato confit
